Unity Screening

UNITY Complete® is accessible and affordable for all.
- We accept all insurances, including Medicaid.
- We are in-network with the majority of insurance plans.
Fees & Insurance
Our baseline global fee starts at $6000 and includes prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care up to six weeks. As of October 1, 2025, Medicaid will no longer be accepted for new clients due to certain circumstances. Existing clients under our care may continue to use their Medicaid. New clients who have Medicaid may be eligible for a discounted global fee. Private insurance is not accepted, but we can refer you to a third-party biller for possible reimbursement after birth.
Not included: Ultrasounds, lab work, excess visits, birth pool rental, medications, additional household supplies, and the Wyoming Birth Reporting fee ($50).
